Performance Institute: Leadership in Times of Change Training Course

The Performance Institute is hosting a Leadership in Times of Change training course which is scheduled for March 29-31 in Arlington, VA.  YGL has received a limited number of seats to attend the training for FREE.

Three courses will makeup the training are listed below:

Course One: Refining Interpersonal Communication for Management Excellence

* Communicate effectively using simple, concise, direct language
* Utilize active listening to anticipate and avoid misunderstanding
* Determine differences in communication styles and behaviors

Course Two: Engaging Employees for Greater Workforce Productivity and Success

* Invest in your organization’s most important resource -- people

Course Three: Using Innovation and Creativity to Drive Organizational Performance

* Foster a creative environment
* Encourage trust and free-flow of ideas
* Differentiate between strategic and tactical thinking
