Peter Clunie is currently a Deputy Program Manager of the IdeaFactory Program in the Office of the Deputy Administrator at the Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security. In this role, he manages the IdeaFactory, a web-based innovation tool that enables the workforce to submit ideas that impact policies, procedures, and processes on a national level; the IdeaFactory also fosters social networking and collaboration within the agency. Prior to this role, Peter worked in the financial services industry in the area of Treasury Services (cash management and investments) for two leading global banks supporting large, multinational as well as mid-corporate clients in based in Europe, Canada and the U.S.  He had both domestic and international assignments, working in London for two years.  Peter is also a retired Lt Col from the United States Air Force Reserve, where he served as a Logistics Readiness Officer, most recently at the Pentagon, Headquarters, United States Air Force.  Peter holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, a Master Business Administration from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Howard University.
