Young Government Leaders Announces 2009-2010 National Executive Board

WASHINGTON, October 11, 2009 -- Young Government Leaders (YGL) is pleased to announce the 2009-2010 National Executive Board. The board members will help Young Government Leaders with its mission of educating, inspiring, and transforming the next generation of public servants.

The new board members include:

  Nnenna Uzochukwu, Chief Communications Officer
  Steve Morris, Chief Information Officer
  Jeff Press, Director of Program and Events
  Starrlese Jones, Chief Financial Officer
  J.R. Wyncinsky, Press Secretary
  P.J. Kelly, Issues Director
  Cedric Goddevrind, Performance Manager
  Elliot Avidan, Linked Program Manager
  Uchenna Okezie, Facebook Program Manager

President, Tim Sommella, said, "Their ideas and judgments will help continue to keep Young Government Leaders fresh and incisive. The first Executive Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13.
