In November 2009, Young Government Leaders offered its first two scholarships.  The Young Government Leaders Scholarship Program is expanding in 2010 and more opportunities to apply are forthcoming in the following categories:

* Undergraduate Studies
* Graduate Studies:
   -  American University: Public Policy (2 quotas)
* Advanced Studies
* Certifications
* Training Classes (i.e. Skills-based)
* Workshops & Summits (i.e. Conferences)
* Leadership Seminars
   - Performance Institute: Leadership in Times of Change (10 quotas)
